Taoist Tai Chi—Presentation, Demonstration, Participation
The fast-paced yet sedentary nature of modern life often results in stress and lack of sufficient physical activity. Many thousands of individuals have found the movements of the Taoist Tai Chi® internal arts to be an effective way to counteract these pressures and to cultivate health.
Stella "Sally" Bryant, Coordinator for the Taoist Tai Chi Society/Arlington Heights Center, will present a program explaining the history and benefits of Taoist Tai Chi. This will be followed by a demonstration of the opening movements of a tai chi set.
