We are only doing Wednesdays this year. Wear your club shirt, if you have one and WEAR YOUR CLUB NAME BADGE!!! Dress comfortably and if you tend to get chilly, bring a light sweater - sometimes the AC in the gym can get cool. Bring a water bottle especially if it is warm and HAVE FUN!!
