WE ARE INCREASING OUT HELP TO 7 - PLEASE RSVP IF YOU ARE ABLE TO HELP. We are only doing Wednesdays this year. Wear your club shirt, if you have one and WEAR YOUR CLUB NAME BADGE!!! Dress comfortably and if you tend to get chilly, bring a light sweater - sometimes the AC in the gym can get cool. Bring a water bottle especially if it is warm and HAVE FUN!!
