Angelica, daughter of CSWC member Jody Therriault, was diagnosed with Moyamoya disease a little over a year ago. On July 9th she will have her 3rd arterial bypass at Phoenix Children's. We are going to take a group picture in your Team Angelica T-shirt or just a purple shirt and send to Jody so she can create a collage of support to share after Angelica comes out of surgery.
