The Culinary Class will be operating a quick-serve concept focusing on breakfast and lunch items in the Wheat Cafe. Items are priced $6 or less.
The Culinary Market also serves as an outlet for items created by students in the Culinary and Pastry Arts program. Featuring baked goods, frozen soups, prepackaged entrees, and more, all products are made from scratch on premises. Parking is available at the Culinary & Hospitality Center.
During this visit, we will also check out the fine dining facility, Waterleaf.
